Massachusetts law protects LGBTQ+ people from discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. If you’ve experienced discrimination in school, at work, from a housing, medical, or insurance provider, or in another public place, like a restaurant or store, our LGBTQ+ Unit is here to help. We can also assist transgender clients with changing their legal name and updating identity documents like social security cards, state IDs, driver’s licenses, and US passports.
